    How does the Free Plan work?

    Install the app and approve the app in Shopify. You get full access to the Free plan no charge. When the 1000 Orders Export limit is reached, extend your plan at $4.95/month and your templates/settings stay intact.

    What happens after free plan

    On Free, total export is capped at 1,000 orders. If your filter matches more than 1,000, we export the first 1,000 and show a notice that more orders remain. 

    To remove the cap and export everything in one go—plus get scheduling, email/Sheets delivery, and smart filters—upgrade to Unlimited ($4.95/mo). Your templates and settings stay intact.

    What discounts are available?

    We often run sales on main dates. Watch out at our plans to get unlimited plan at even discounted rates. 

    How do I pay for your service?

    All billing runs through Shopify App Billing. When you upgrade, you approve a $4.95/month recurring charge. After your trial ends, Shopify bills automatically and adds the fee to your regular Shopify invoice—no separate card needed. You can change plans or cancel anytime from Shopify → Apps; Shopify handles proration when you switch plans.

    How long are your subscriptions? Can I change plans?

    Subscriptions are month-to-month through Shopify—no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from Shopify → Apps. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades/cancellations take effect at your next billing date (Shopify handles any proration). If you move to Free or cancel, your templates and settings stay saved—paid features simply pause.

    How can I cancel my subscription?

    You can cancel anytime right from Shopify:

    1. Shopify Admin → Apps

    2. Misk Order Exports Pro → About / Manage subscription

    3. Click Cancel subscription (or Uninstall app to stop billing immediately)

    • Billing & refunds: Shopify stops future charges and handles any proration/credits per their policy.

    • Your data: Templates and settings remain saved on our side—if you reinstall or switch back later, they’re still there.

    • Just want Free? Instead of canceling, choose Change plan → Free in the same screen.
