For merchant customer data, we typically act as a service provider / processor to the merchant (the merchant is the controller).

Contact information: name, email, company/store name, phone number (if provided)
Support communications: messages, attachments, and details you send when contacting support
B) Information collected automatically (Website)

C) Information from Shopify when you install an App
Depending on the App and permissions you approve, we may access:
Store information: store name, domain, email, timezone, Shopify plan and settings (as available via API)

Order data: orders, line items, fulfillment, transactions (particularly for Order Export and Tracking)

We only request Shopify API permissions needed for the App features and aim to minimize data access.
