By accessing the Website or installing/using any App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Apps.
1) Who We Are
The Website and Apps are operated by MiskApps (“MiskApps”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

2) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and have authority to bind the store/entity you represent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify account and any access to the Apps.
3) Shopify Platform & Third-Party Services
Our Apps integrate with Shopify and may connect to third-party services (e.g., Google Merchant Center, email providers, carriers). Your use of Shopify and third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or changes they make.
4) License to Use the Website and Apps
Subject to these Terms and your subscription status, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and Apps for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the Shopify App Store terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Apps (except as allowed by law)
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the Apps to violate laws, third-party rights, or platform policies
Interfere with, disrupt, or bypass security or rate limits
5) Subscriptions, Billing & Trials
A) Billing through Shopify
Paid plans (if any) are billed through Shopify App Billing. When you approve a charge, Shopify will bill you according to Shopify’s billing cycle and present charges on your Shopify invoice. Any proration or refunds are handled according to Shopify’s billing rules.
B) Plan changes
You can upgrade/downgrade/cancel according to the options shown within Shopify Admin → Apps and your App billing settings. Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle depending on Shopify.
C) Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with your subscription.
6) App Functionality & Data Accuracy
The Apps help with store workflows such as exporting data, adding product options, tracking shipments, and generating feeds for Google Merchant Center.
You acknowledge:
Outputs depend on the data in your Shopify store and any third-party sources (e.g., carrier events, Merchant Center policies)
You are responsible for reviewing configurations, mappings, and outputs before relying on them
For Google Merchant Center features, you are responsible for ensuring your catalog, policies, and website comply with Google’s requirements and applicable laws
We do not guarantee approval, ranking, performance, revenue, or specific results.
7) Your Content & Store Data
You retain ownership of your store data and content. By using the Apps, you grant us permission to access, process, and transmit your Shopify data solely to provide the App functionality, support, security, and improvements, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Website or Apps, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9) Support
Support is provided according to the plan level (if plan tiers exist) and our reasonable availability. We may require verification that you own/operate the store before providing store-specific support.
10) Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website or Apps to:
Break any laws or platform rules (including Shopify, Google, and carrier policies)
Transmit malware or harmful code
Abuse the Apps (e.g., excessive requests, scraping, or bypassing limits)
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
Misrepresent identity, domain ownership, or compliance status
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
11) Intellectual Property
The Website and Apps, including their code, design, text, logos, and trademarks, are owned by MiskApps or licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.
12) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and Apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your requirements.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
MiskApps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption).
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Website or Apps will not exceed the amount you paid to MiskApps through Shopify App Billing for the applicable App in the 3 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MiskApps and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your use of the Website or Apps
Your Shopify store content, products, or customer interactions
Your violation of these Terms, laws, or third-party rights
15) Termination
You may stop using the Apps at any time by uninstalling them in Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if needed for security, compliance, or Terms violations.
Upon termination:
Your license ends
Access to App functionality stops
Some sections of these Terms remain in effect (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability)
16) Changes to the Website, Apps, or Terms
We may update the Website, Apps, or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice by updating the “Last updated” date and/or other reasonable methods. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
